Original: It's been five days since anyone has seen Aaron Pennington, the 33-year-old Worcester County man accused of killing his wife and mother of his four children on Sunday, Oct. 22, at their home in Gardner. Her family has created a GoFundMe to help provide for those kids.

Police have focused their attention on Camp Collier, where hunters found Pennington's abandoned BMW earlier this week. On Friday, state police announced they've brought dive teams to search Lake Wampanoag in Gardner.

This could mark a turning point in the search as investigators are considering the option that he may be dead.

Friday marks day five in the search for Pennington. Dozens of officers have scoured Camp Collier for him on foot and helicopters overhead in the hopes of finding a trace of somewhere in the 400-acre woods.

Breanne "Breezy" Pennington was shot in the face on Sunday in her home on Cherry Street in Gardner. Police learned of the attack after the couple's four kids — ages 2, 5, 7, and 9 — walked to a neighbor's house to say their mom was crying in her bedroom and their dad was missing.

Family friends said the couple have been arguing a lot in recent months. It had gotten so bad that Breanne planned to take their children to Texas to get away from Aaron, reports said.

The Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr. announced Wednesday that he had charged Aaron Pennington with murder.

Pennington is described as having blonde hair and blue eyes, standing 6 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing approximately 175 pounds. He should be considered armed and dangerous, police said, and anyone who sees him should contact 911 immediately.

GoFundMe To Raise Money For Pennington Children

One of Breanne Pennington's family members created a GoFundMe to raise $100,000 for her children. As of Friday morning, the campaign had collected a little more than $5,000 of that goal.
